Lycian Way is the longest footpath of Turkey. It’s 509 km long and the 4th longest trekking route of Europe. The Lycian Way has been rated by the Sunday Times as one of the 10 best long walks in the World. The Lycians were one of the earliest people of the ancient world, whose political sophistication, culture and commercial success were the envy of many larger and well known civilizations. When you’re walking on the Lycian Way, you’re always together with the amazing nature of the Mediterranean climate and thousands years of history which is still full of mysteries and waiting to be explored. While walking the Lycian way you’ll need your trekking boots and raincoat, you’ll also need your swimsuits. On the Lycian Trail sometimes you walk through endemic forest and sometimes you walk just by the coasts of Lycians and can swim over the sunken ruins of Lycians
Le Congé Travel Agency offers exciting trekking tours. You will enjoy unique hiking on mountain paths and roads that pass through remote villages and ancient Lycian cities. The natural beauty of the trail is highlighted by spectacular panoramic views of the coastal mountains and Mediterranean Sea.
